Tilauksen tekeminen
Asiakas voi tehdä tilauksen verkkosivustollamme osoitteessa www.kogle.fi. Tilauksen yhteydessä asiakkaan tulee ilmoittaa tarvittavat yhteystiedot, kuten:
- Koko nimi
- Osoite
- Puhelinnumero
- Sähköpostiosoite
Näitä tietoja käytetään tilauksen käsittelyyn ja siihen liittyvien ilmoitusten toimittamiseen.
Yritysasiakkaiden tiedot
Yritysasiakkaiden tulee tilauksen yhteydessä ilmoittaa seuraavat tiedot:
- Yhteyshenkilön nimi, sähköpostiosoite ja puhelinnumero
- Yrityksen nimi, osoite ja Y-tunnus
Tietojen tarkistaminen
Asiakkaan vastuulla on varmistaa, että tilauksen yhteydessä annetut tiedot ovat oikein. Tämä varmistaa, että tilausvahvistukset, toimitusvahvistukset ja itse tilaus toimitetaan onnistuneesti.
Tilaustuotteet ja muutokset tilauksiin
Kaikki verkkosivustollamme tilattavat tekstiilit ja luonnonkivet ovat tilaustuotteita, joita ei ole varastossa. Tämän vuoksi tilaukseen ei voi tehdä muutoksia – kuten lisätä, vaihtaa tai poistaa tuotteita – sen jälkeen, kun asiakas on hyväksynyt tilausvahvistuksen.
Huomioitavaa:
Puu ja kivet on luonnonmateriaaleja, joten sen väri, koostumus ja syykuvio voivat vaihdella. Lisäksi värit ja kuvan koko voivat poiketa todellisesta tuotteesta näytön asetusten ja resoluution vuoksi.
Tilausvahvistus ja vastuu tarkistuksesta
Kun tilaus on vastaanotettu, asiakas saa tilausvahvistuksen sähköpostitse. Tilausvahvistus sisältää kaikki tilauksen yksityiskohdat, kuten tuotteiden värin, koon, materiaalin ja valitun toimitustavan. Asiakkaan vastuulla on tarkistaa tiedot huolellisesti.
Mikäli tilausvahvistuksessa ilmenee kysyttävää tai virhe, asiakas voi ottaa meihin yhteyttä sähköpostitse osoitteeseen kogle@kogle.fi.
Kauppasopimuksen syntyminen
Sitova kauppasopimus syntyy vasta, kun asiakas on hyväksynyt tilausvahvistuksen sähköpostitse ja maksanut ennenkolaskun.
Henkilötietojen käsittely

hinnat
Hinnat ja toimituskulut
Tuotteiden voimassa olevat hinnat on ilmoitettu verkkosivustolla kunkin tuotteen kohdalla. Hinnat on merkitty euroina ja ne sisältävät arvonlisäveron 2043 € (alv 25,5 %).
Kotimaan toimituskulut sisältyvät ilmoitettuun hintaan.
Ulkomaan toimitukset ovat maakohtaisia. Pyydä tarjous ja lisätietoja toimituskuluista sähköpostitse.

Maksaminen
Laskutus ja maksuehdot
Kun asiakas on hyväksynyt tilausvahvistuksen, lähetämme laskun joko sähköpostitse tai verkkolaskuna.
ToimitusAIKA
Toimitusajat määräytyvät tuotekohtaisesti. Arvioitu toimituspäivämäärä ilmoitetaan tilausvahvistuksessa, joka lähetetään asiakkaalle tilauksen käsittelyn jälkeen.
KULJETUS
Tuotteemme toimitetaan kotiinkuljetuksena ilman lisäkustannuksia.

Toimituksen tarkastaminen
Tilaajan on toimituksen tai noudon yhteydessä tarkastettava, että toimitus vastaa tilausvahvistusta ja että tuotteet ja pakkaukset ovat ulkoisesti vahingoittumattomia.
Mikäli toimituksessa tai tuotteissa ilmenee puutteita tai vahinkoja, tilaajan tulee ilmoittaa asiasta kirjallisesti myyjälle viipymättä, kuitenkin viimeistään yhden (1) viikon kuluessa toimituksesta.

1. ORDERING
Placing an order
Orders can be placed via our website at www.kogle.fi. When placing an order, the customer must provide the following contact details:

These details are used for order processing and related communication.
Company orders
For business customers, the following information is required:

Contact person’s name, email address and phone number

Company name, address and VAT/company ID number
Accuracy of information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided when placing the order is correct. This ensures that the order confirmation, delivery information and the order itself are successfully processed.
Made-to-order products & changes
All textiles and natural stones offered on our website are made to order and not kept in stock.
For this reason, no changes (adding, replacing or removing products) can be made after the customer has approved the order confirmation.
Please note:

Wood and natural stone are natural materials; therefore, colour, texture and grain pattern may vary.

Colours and proportions shown online may differ from the actual product due to display settings and resolution.
Order confirmation & review
Once the order has been received, an order confirmation will be sent by email. It includes all order details such as product colour, size, material and selected delivery method.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review this information carefully.

Formation of the sales contract
A binding sales contract is established only after:

the customer has approved the order confirmation by email, and

the advance invoice has been paid.

Personal data may be stored in our customer register.

2. PRICES
Product prices & delivery costs
Valid product prices are shown on the website for each item. Prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT 25.5%.
Domestic delivery costs are included in the displayed price.
International deliveries — 1,628 € (VAT 0 %)
Each Kogle piece is handcrafted in Finland and shipped in a premium wooden box.
All our products are delivered in custom wooden premium boxes, ensuring safe transport and a truly unique unboxing experience. We deliver to the EU and UK for an additional fee. kogle@kogle.fi
Prices for deliveries outside Finland are shown VAT 0 %.
Local taxes and import duties may apply in the destination country.
We reserve the right to adjust prices.
VAT is not charged for orders outside the EU.
EU businesses: 0 % VAT with valid VAT ID.

3. PAYMENT
After the order confirmation has been approved, an invoice will be issued and sent either by email or as an electronic invoice.
4. DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times vary by product. An estimated delivery date will be stated in the order confirmation, sent after the order has been processed.
5. SHIPPING
Orders are delivered to the customer’s address at no additional cost within Finland.
Complimentary delivery applies to:

Deliveries to the EU and UK are always shipped in premium wooden boxes.

Inspection upon delivery
Upon delivery or collection, the customer must verify that the delivery matches the order confirmation and that the products and packaging are externally undamaged.
If any deficiencies or damages are discovered, the customer must notify the seller in writing without delay, and no later than one (1) week from delivery.

6. OTHER TERMS
We reserve the right to amend the order and delivery terms at any time.
It is the customer’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with the current terms before placing an order.
